Process 1:      Fill the FcI Application Form Online

 

1.1

Visit the Website  http://specialtest.in/fci for applying online.

1.2

Read carefully the guidelines and the advertisement including post wise eligibility conditions carefully.

1.3

Demand Draft (for GEN/OBC Candidates only) :

You will need to provide certain details from the DD at the time of online submission of application form. You must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the application form

You are required to obtain a Demand Draft/Pay Order/ Banker Cheque for Rs.300/- drawn in favour of Food Corporation of India payable at Noida, before submission of the Application. Application fee is not required for SC/ST and PH candidates subject to submission of caste/medical certificate from a Govt. Hospital/Medical Board in support of his/her claim for being handicapped.

Please Note: Application submitted without the details of the Demand Draft will not be accepted, wherever required.

 

1.4

Fill the FCI Application Form Online:

Since your eligibility will be screened based on the information furnished by you, you are required to exercise sufficient care to correctly furnish the details of your Qualification, Experience etc.

After filling the form correctly, submit the same by clicking the button “SUBMIT” where by the data filled by you will be captured.

 

1.6

On successful submission of online application form, a unique auto generated Application Number will be allotted which will appear on print version of the application form.

1.7

Please save the print version of application form using “SAVE AS” function and after that you should take the print out.

 

1.8

You must keep an additional print out of the application form for all future references.

1.9

After taking the print out, affix your passport size photograph in the space provided and attach the demand draft (wherever required) of requisite amount with the print version of application.

Process 2:      despatch of PRINT VERSION OF ONLINE application form

 

2.1

Make the set of the following documents:

  1. Print out of the filled online application form with auto generated Application Number with your photograph affixed and duly signed.
  2. On the back of Demand Draft please fill the following details (for GEN/OBC Candidates only)
    1. Your name
    2. Auto generated Application Number
    3. Post applied

No other documents viz. Birth Certificate, Educational Qualification, Expereince etc. are required to be sent.

2.2

Send the above set of documents in single envelope superscribing – "Applications for the post (Name, Post Code No. of the post applied for and category)" on the address given below:

The application should reach on or before 11.01.2010 . For candidates from North Eastern states & Jammu & Kashmir, last date for receipt of application is 27.01.2010. The applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.

 

PROCESS 3: ADMIT CARDS

Registration Process will be completed only on receipt of Print Version of Online Application Form.

 

Admit Card of only those candidates will be uploaded whose application form will be reached on the Post Box No.4334, Kalkaji Head Post Office(HPO), New Delhi- 110019 by 11.01.2010 and found eligible.

 

On the basis of information given in the FCI Application Form, Admit Card of provisionally eligible candidates will also be available for download on website of http://specialtest.in/fci . Kindly visit this site regularly for updated information.

On such downloaded admit cards, the candidates are required to affix their photograph (similar to that affixed on the Application Form) on the downloaded Admit Card and get it attested by a Gazzetted Officer / School or College Principal for producing at the Examination Centre.

Candidate without the admit card or without the photograph on the downloaded admit card will NOT be permitted to appear in the written entrance examination.
