6. PHP & OBC (Non Creamy Layer) - age relaxation of 13 years.
7. PHP & SC/ST - age relaxation of 15 years.

Do I need to have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the application form?

Yes. GEN/OBC candidates only will need to provide certain details from the DD at the time of online submission of application form.


What is the amount for the DD to be sent?

Applications should be accompanied by Demand Draft for Rs.300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) drawn in favour of Food Corporation of India, payable at Noida. Application fee is not required for SC/ST and PH candidates, subject to submission of caste/medical certificate from a govt. hospital/medical board in support of his/her claim for being handicapped.


In whose favour should the DD be made?

The DD should be in favour of "Food Corporation of India" drawn preferably on State Bank of India, payable at Noida.

Which are the documents to be sent?

Do not send any copy of the certificate alongwith the duly completed application form. Original certificates of the short listed candidates will be scrutinized / verified at the time of interview.

Application complete in all respect: in an envelope superscribed, "Applications for the Post Name, Post Code & Category)". The application should reach on or before 06.04.2010. For candidates from North Eastern states & Jammu & Kashmir, last date for receipt of application is 20.04.2010.

1. Print out of the filled online application form having auto generated Application Number with phtograph affixed  and duly signed.

2. Demand Draft duly endorsed with your name and online Application No. on the reverse(in case of UR/OBC Students).

No other documents required viz. Birth Certificate, Educational Qualification, Expereince etc. to be sent.


What is an auto generated Application Number?

An auto generated Application Number is a unique number allotted to you on successful submission of online application form and will appear on print version of the application form. This Number will be required for accessing, downloading and printing the written test call letter.

Before which date should I send the DD?

  • The DD must be sent to the above mentioned address on or before 06.04.2010.


    How can I download my admit card for the Written Test?

    Registration Process will be completed only on receipt of duly completed Print Version of Online Application Form.

    Admit Card of only those candidates will be uploaded whose application form will be reached on the Post Box No.3076, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 by 06.04.2010 and found eligible.

    On the basis of information given in the FCI Application Form, Admit Card of provisionally eligible candidates will be available for download on website of http://specialtest.in/fci  

    On such downloaded admit cards, the candidates are required to affix their photograph (similar to that affixed on the Application Form) on the downloaded Admit Card and get it attested by a Gazzetted Officer / School or College Principal for producing at the Examination Centre. Candidate without the admit card or without the photograph on the downloaded admit card will NOT be permitted to appear in the written entrance examination.
