| Process 1: Fill the JSEB Application Form Online |

Visit the Website www.npti.in or www.jharkhand.gov.in or http://specialtest.in/jseb2011 for applying online. |

Read carefully the guidelines and the advertisement including post wise eligibility conditions carefully. |

Demand Draft: You will need to provide certain details from the DD at the time of online submission of application form. You must have the Demand Draft ready before filling up the application form You are required to obtain a Demand
Draft for Rs.750/- for all categories and Rs.500/- for SC/ST category

Candidates having engineering degree in Electrical or Electronic can apply for both the posts of Assistant Electrical Engineer (General Cadre) and Assistant Executive Engineer (GTO Cadre) Electrical/ Electronics. However they have to indicate the order of preference in the application. Similarly candidates having diploma in Electrical or Electronics can apply for both the posts of Junior Electrical Engineer (General Cadre) and Junior Electrical Engineer (GTO cadre). However they have to indicate the order of preference in the application. Candidates are advised to possess a valid email ID which is to be entered in the on-line application form. The email address specified in the application should remain valid/functional for at least 12 months from the date of submission of application. |

Fill the JSEB Application Form
Online: Since your eligibility will be screened based on the information filled by you online, you are required to exercise sufficient care to correctly furnish the details of your Qualification, etc. |

After filling the form correctly, submit the same by clicking the button ‘SUBMIT’ where by the data filled by you will be captured. |

On successful submission of online application form, a unique auto generated Application Number will be allotted which will appear on print version of the application form. |

Please save the print version of application form using ‘SAVE AS’ function of the ‘File’ menu of the window and after that you should take the print out. |

You must keep an additional print out of the application form for all future references. |

After taking the print out, affix your passport size photograph in the space provided and attach the demand draft of requisite amount with the print version of application. |
| Process 2: Despatch of Application Form |

| 2.1 |
Make the set of the following documents: 1. Print out of the filled online application form having auto generated Application number with two colour photographs snapped within last 6 months duly signed and affixed on the printout. 2. Demand draft duly endorsed with your name and online Application No. on the reverse. 3. Self signed, visible, duly attested and clear photocopy of the certificates and mark sheets of § Degree/Diploma of engineering (educational qualification) § Certificate of matriculation in support of age § Category (SC/ST/EBC/BC) & noncreamy layer certificate issued by the SDO/ D.C. in the prescribed proforma of Govt. of Jharkhand. Non- Creamy layer certificate must not have been issued before six month from the date of advertisement, if reservation benefit is claimed. § Domicile Certificate of Jharkhand, if reservation benefit is claimed. § PHP Certificate , if applicable.

| PROCESS 3: ADMIT CARDS |

| On the basis of information given in the JSEB
Application Form, Admit Card of provisionally eligible candidates will be
available for download on website of JSEB http://www.jharkhand.gov.in website

http://specialtest.in/jseb2011
on or after Please note that no separate admit card will be issued through post. On such downloaded admit cards, the candidates are required to affix their photograph (similar to that affixed on the Application Form) on the downloaded Admit Card and get it attested by a Gazzetted Officer / School or College Principal for producing at the Examination Centre. Candidate without the admit card or without the photograph on the downloaded admit card will NOT be permitted to appear in the written entrance examination. Note: The candidates will be allowed to appear in the written test on the basis of the information furnished in the Online Application form. The candidates applying for the JSEB recruitment test should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria as per the advertisement. Their selection at all the stages of the examination for which they are admitted by JSEB viz. Written Test, Personal Interviews (as the case may be) will be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the Written Test and Personal Interview (as the case may be), it is found that candidate does not fulfill any eligibility criteria, his/her candidature for the recruitment shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference. |
